With America supporting and offering jobs to other countries, the recession is at a standstill. Until they realize that outsourcing to Americans first is primary then the country cannot move on. Offshore outsourcing is necessary, but companies must first make sure that they employ American outsourcers as well.

Outsourcing benefits both the company and the employee and provides convenience on both sides. However, it is important for companies to keep in mind that it is necessary to first re-instate the security of the American economy by providing its native workers with jobs as well.
